Inkavelo uses a pseudonymous device identifier and may store a push token when notifications are enabled.
We process a pseudonymous device identifier, prompts, generated scripts and media, technical job status, purchase entitlements, content reports, and an optional Firebase push token. For presentations, you may optionally enter an author name or attribution that appears in the generated video. We do not use advertising SDKs and do not sell personal data.
Inkavelo Wishes may obtain native install attribution from Apple AdServices or Google Play Install Referrer after device registration. A raw Apple attribution token or Google referrer may remain temporarily in private local pending storage until the server acknowledges capture with a successful response. The backend normalizes the evidence immediately and stores only normalized campaign identifiers, attribution classification, limited timestamps and a proof hash. It does not persist the raw Apple token or raw Google referrer.
Inkavelo Wishes may send aggregated, privacy-preserving usage counters (for example, how often a screen or feature is used) grouped only by event name, calendar day, app version and platform. Sending a batch is authenticated with a signed token that contains internal device, installation and purchase-account identifiers; none of them is forwarded for storage or stored together with the aggregated counters, and the counters kept in our database cannot be linked back to your device or account. We retain these aggregated counters for up to 400 days to understand which features are used and which are not.
If you choose voice dictation, the device speech-recognition service processes microphone audio to return recognized text. Inkavelo receives the recognized text, not the audio recording.
For a 16:9 presentation, you may optionally upload a PDF, PPTX or DOCX source document. Its content is processed transiently by Inkavelo and Anthropic for moderation and scenario generation. Inkavelo does not store the source file in its database or object storage. A bounded map of key source points and their coverage status is stored with the generated project so you can audit whether the final scenario retained them. Anthropic may retain API inputs and outputs for up to 30 days under its standard commercial retention policy, subject to its safety and legal exceptions.
Before rendering, Anthropic may process manually edited narration for moderation and Polish language correction under the same retention terms.
Firebase App Check, Google Play Integrity and Apple App Attest or DeviceCheck may process app, installation and device-integrity signals to confirm that requests come from an authentic Inkavelo installation and to prevent abuse of the free generation allowance.
Anthropic processes prompts for moderation and script generation. fal.ai processes visual descriptions to create illustrations. Google Gemini processes narration text to create the voice-over and generated illustration previews to check that scenes show the requested people, objects and actions without unintended text. Cloudflare hosts the API and private media, Supabase stores job and entitlement records, and Firebase provides app-integrity verification and optional notifications. Apple or Google processes store purchases under its own privacy terms.
Generated files are stored in private object storage and are retained for no more than 30 days. Security and purchase records are retained only as needed for fraud prevention, legal compliance, and restoring purchases.
You can report generated content and permanently delete your server-side data from Settings in the app. You can also request deletion through the deletion page.
